Shipping Information

  • Delivery Timeframe:
    We typically dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Once shipped, delivery is usually completed within 5 days across most parts of India.

  • Shipping Charges:
    All prices on our website are inclusive of shipping charges. You pay exactly what you see—no hidden or additional shipping fees during checkout.

  • Tracking Your Order:
    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details via WhatsApp & email.

  • Delivery Coverage:
    We currently deliver only within India.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return if the item you received is:

  • Physically damaged

  • Defective

  • Different from the description or image on the product page

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Do not use the item.

  • The product must be in its original condition, with:

    • Brand/manufacturer’s box

    • All original tags (MRP tag must be intact)

    • All accessories included

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Raise a Return Request:

    • Send us a clear image of the received product and mention the reason for return via WhatsApp at +91 9699550079.

    • This must be done within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Return the Product:

    • Once approved, you will be asked to courier the product to the return address we provide.

    • Ensure the item is safely packed to avoid damage during transit.

    • Share the courier receipt and tracking number with us via WhatsApp.

    • Courier charges will be refunded (up to actual cost or ₹200/kg, whichever is lower).

Refund Process

  • Refund will be initiated within 3 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.

  • Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, Google Pay, or Paytm, as per your preference.

  • A full refund, including eligible courier charges, will be provided only if the return is due to our fault (damaged, defective, or wrong product).

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only if we genuinely believe that the issue was caused from our side.

  • The same eligibility and return conditions apply.

  • Exchanges will be subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please do so immediately using one of the following methods:
