Account Deletion Request

Dear Customers,

If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data (including your Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number, Add to Cart items, and Wishlist items), please email us at rupali.boutique@rediffmail.com,

Email Subject: Account Deletion Request
Important: For security reasons, we only accept account deletion requests sent from the email address registered with your account.

Processing Time for Account Deletion:

Your account deletion request will be processed as per the following conditions:

  1. No Pending Orders or Refunds:

    • Your account and data will be deleted within 2 working days of receiving your request.

  2. Pending Refund:

    • Your data will be deleted 5 working days after the refund is processed.

  3. Pending Order (Not Shipped):

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

      • Your order will be cancelled and data will be deleted within 2 working days.

    • Prepaid Orders:

      • Refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving your request.

      • Data will be deleted 5 working days after the refund is processed.

  4. Order Already Shipped:

    • Data will be deleted 12 working days after the delivery of your order.

    • In case the shipment is returned and marked as “Shipment RTO Lock”, your data will be deleted 7 working days after the RTO status is updated.

    • Refunds for prepaid orders (in RTO cases) will be processed within 2 working days from the date the status changes to “Shipment RTO Lock”.

Note: As per our data retention policy and applicable laws, certain non-personal or legally required data may be retained in backup systems or for compliance purposes.
