Refund and Returns Policy

Return Request Timeline:

  • Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns:

  • Items can be returned if they are:
    • Physically damaged
    • Have missing parts or accessories
    • Defective
    • Different from their description on the product detail page

Return Conditions:

  • Do not use the item you wish to return.
  • Ensure the product is in its original condition, including:
    • Brand/manufacturer’s box
    • MRP tag intact
    • All accessories included

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Raise a Return Request:
    • Request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
    • Send us the original image of the received product and the reason for return via WhatsApp at +91 9699550079.
  2. Return Pickup:
    • Once your return request is approved, Our courier partner will pick up the product within 4 working days from the date we receive your return request.
    • Don’t forget to collect the return receipt from our courier partner.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Refund will be initiated within 5 working days from the date of pickup.
    • Refund amount will be transferred via Bank Transfer, Google Pay, or Paytm.
